At no time will ExpoFair^TM, Inc. and its subsidiaries, agents, directors, officers, stockholders, employees, associates, affiliates, editors, and assigns be held liable for a loss of business and/or opportunity for business, and/or any consequential damages, whether forseeable or not, due to an error in digits, letters, keywords, images, publication, failure to publish, and/or removal of content and/or advertisement. There is no guarantee that an advertisement will be published on the date it was ordered and/or placed. Publication of an advertisement does not imply any guarantee on our part.

The service may be unavailable at times due to malfunction, exceeding the overall monthly 30G bandwidth transfer limit, viruses, worms, and denial of service attacks as well as regular maintenance and upgrades. Furthermore, the service may be suspended or completely discontinued without cause or notice.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, enter into a database, display, perform, modify, create derivative works, transmit, or in any way exploit any part of this service, except that you may download material from this service for your own personal use as follows: you may make one machine readable copy and/or one print copy that is limited to personal use only. No part(s) of this terms of use policy and the rights hereunder may be transfered by the user, listener, receiver, and/or viewer. At no time may ExpoFair^TM, Inc. and its subsidiaries, agents, directors, officers, stockholders, employees, associates, affiliates, editors, and assigns transfer this terms of use policy or part(s) thereof to any other entity unless the service is purchased whole and in full by a third-party.

This terms of use policy does not constitute either party an agent, legal representative, partner, or employee of the other for any purpose whatsoever and neither party is in any way authorized to make any contract, agreement, warranty, and/or representation nor to create any obligation express or implied, on behalf of the other party. This terms of use policy, inclusive with the Privacy Policy and Nondisclosure Policy hereby incorporated, constitutes the full agreement between the parties, and parties agree that no other understanding exists outside these policies.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ExpoFair^TM, Inc.
